Nathalie Fayad is an associate in O’Melveny’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group.

Nathalie’s practice includes representing employers in a range of labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Nathalie also represents clients in employee mobility disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets and restrictive covenants, including non-competition and non-solicitation matters.

In addition to her litigation experience, Nathalie provides day-to-day counseling to clients on a variety of employment issues, and employment law support on transactions including drafting employment agreements, non-competition agreements, and severance agreements.
