Nick Woolf is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s London office, who advises corporate clients and private equity sponsors on a range of complex sponsor led levered acquisitions, cross border private company sales and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Nick has experience across a range of different sectors, including technology, life sciences, financial services and healthcare.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Nick gained extensive experience working as an associate for another law firm in London and as a corporate counsel for pioneering integrated media and marketing company.
