Ningzhi Chen focuses on advising clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions, particularly in Hong Kong IPOs. She also advises public companies on their general corporate compliance matters, and advises Chinese and international financial institutions and borrowers on corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ningzhi worked in capital markets, corporate, and banking & finance groups of a leading “magic circle” firm.
