Paige Hardy is an intellectual property litigator in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. Paige focuses her practice on patent and trade secret matters. Paige has experience representing clients in patent litigation before federal district courts and the Patent and Trial Appeals Board.
Paige has represented clients working in a number of different technology sectors, including consumer electronics, medical robotics, aerospace, and automotive industries. Paige has also contributed to the firm’s publications related to patent law, litigation, and artificial intelligence.
While working for O’Melveny, Paige has also maintained a significant pro bono practice, working on a number of immigration and tenants’ rights matters.
