Raeshondra Dike is a multi-faceted litigator with a growing practice in labor and employment and various corporate litigation matters. Raeshondra’s practice spans an array of areas, including labor and employment disputes, class actions, and other multi-plaintiff litigation. She has defended companies in an array of labor and employment-related issues under federal and state law, including litigation and arbitration under the Fair Labor Standards Act, FEHA, state wage-and-hour laws, the Railway Labor Act, and the National Labor Relations Act, as well as contract and tort claims. Raeshondra was a core member of the legal team that successfully defended the high stakes, bet the company, largest misclassification lawsuit brought by the US Department of Labor. She represents and counsels a wide variety of employers, particularly companies in the financial services, hospitality, airline, food and beverage, and construction industry.
Raeshondra demonstrates a continued commitment to the firm’s pro bono practice. Representative matters include prisoners’ rights, legislative redistricting and voting rights, housing rights, and other civil rights matters.
A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Raeshondra received her J.D. from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law). Raeshondra has the benefit of law clerking and exploring an in house legal department during law school, and brings a keen understanding of the interplay between business interests and litigation.
