Rebeca Guzman is a litigation staff attorney in O’Melveny’s Houston office. She has represented clients in various industries such as renewable energy, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and car manufacturing. Rebeca has experience litigating and defending complex cases from inception to trial and appeal. She is well-versed in the efficient administration of all aspects of discovery. She is also bilingual and has assisted clients based in Latin America and Europe to litigate, arbitrate, and defend claims in the United States.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Rebeca was a staff attorney in the Houston office of an international law firm, where she focused on written advocacy and discovery in arbitrations, complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and consumer class action cases. Before she was an attorney, she spent close to a decade in various business operations roles at publicly traded companies and a Fortune 500 company. She is also a veteran of the United States Air Force Reserves.
