Ryan Chow is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. Ryan has advised a diverse set of corporate clients on a range of transactional matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions (both domestically and abroad), restructurings, corporate financings and corporate governance.
Ryan’s practice also includes advising sponsors in connection with the formation, marketing, operation and regulatory compliance of private funds. He regularly represents institutional investors in connection with investments in alternative asset classes and transactions in the private funds secondary market.
Ryan is a former William T. Coleman Fellow and maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes assisting veterans with discharge reviews and representing nonprofits and small businesses in connection with mergers, dispositions of assets, and 501(c)(3) incorporations.
