Sahil Nooruddin advises clients on a range of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and investments, divestitures, corporate governance matters and other complex business transactions.
Sahil has experience advising and representing private equity funds, their portfolio companies and privately-held and publicly-traded companies across a broad range of industries including the manufacturing, technology, energy, hospitality and service sectors. He has also represented borrowers and private equity sponsors in secured and unsecured senior and mezzanine debt financings, acquisition financings, asset-based financings and restructuring transactions.
