Her experience ranges from secured and unsecured senior and mezzanine debt financings and acquisition financings to asset based financings and bridge financings. Sarah’s extensive experience in her professional career has allowed her to represent a variety of leading institutions in highly complex and strategic corporate deals.

  • Represented American Capital, Ltd. in connection with numerous acquisition related senior and mezzanine financings, including Dynojet, Inc. and New England Confectionery Company
  • Represented a major financial institution in connection with various credit facilities, including a US$500 million senior secured facility for Flowserve Corporation, a US$120 million senior secured revolving credit facility for Quidel Corporation and US$2.3 billion credit facilities for Safeway Stores
  • Represented Beach Point Capital and Post Advisory Group in connection with various financings, including Brundage, Bushmaster, Digital Globe and PGPI
  • Represented Citibank in connection with numerous credit facilities, including a US$750 million revolving credit facility for Altera Corporation
  • Represented Colt Defense in connection with its credit facilities, including debtor-in-possession credit facilities
  • Represented CoreLogic in connection with its US$ 1.4 billion senior secured credit facilities
  • Represented Deutsche Bank in connection with various credit facilities, including a US$450 million senior secured credit facility for Alliance Imaging
  • Represented EagleRider in connection with US$50 million of senior ABL and second lien credit facilities
  • Represented Edwards Lifesciences in connection with its US$ 750 million senior credit facilities
  • Represented Liberman Broadcasting in connection with its senior credit facilities and high yield notes
  • Represented Macerich in connection with its US$2 billion senior revolving and term credit facilities
  • Represented Microsemi Corporation in connection with its US$1 billion senior secured credit facilities
  • Represented Paetec Holding Corp. in connection with its senior and high yield financings
  • Represented TCW/Crescent Mezzanine for mezzanine debt and equity investments in numerous acquisition transactions, including David’s Bridal, Scitor Corporation, The Sports Authority and Tourneau
  • Represented United Stated Enrichment Corporation in connection with a US$275 million senior secured revolving credit facility
  • Represented Vector Capital in connection with portfolio company financings, including Tripos, L.P. and Watchguard Technology, Inc.
