Sarah represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, institutional investors, family offices and other clients in complex business and M&A transactions. Sarah’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments in a wide range of industries.
Sarah also delivers general corporate counseling to both public and private companies. She leverages her experience as a law clerk to the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit to provide in-depth legal analysis and advice to management teams, boards, and other governing bodies on fiduciary duties and other corporate matters.
