Sean Milde is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s New York office, where his practice includes advising clients on debt restructurings and other strategic transactions.

Sean served in the United States Army for eight years, including as Cavalry Troop Commander and Scout Platoon Leader in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Republic of Korea. Sean also earned the US Army Ranger Tab and he is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal. Prior to joining O’Melveny, he was a Pro Bono Scholar with the Veteran Advocacy Project.
