Sharon Yang is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office. Sharon contributes to a range of transactions through her practice, including financings, formations, initial public offerings, reorganizations, buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and credit facility amendments. She also advises on corporate governance and '34 Act matters.
Sharon regularly engages in pro bono work, and has assisted charitable and community groups with their incorporation as 501(c)(3) organizations, among other matters.
Sharon is also actively involved in mentoring law students and has organized a number of events focused on mentorship and outreach.
