Sofia Panarella is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. As part of her practice, Sofia contributes to a range of matters, including SEC filings, buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.

Also active in pro bono work, Sofia has participated in the firm’s community clinics offering aid to individuals who have experienced domestic violence.

Sofia is also a William T. Coleman Fellow.
