Stéphane Frank is a seasoned competition lawyer with deep expertise in EU and French Competition Law. A partner in the firm’s Brussels office, he advises multinational clients on complex regulatory and antitrust matters, with a particular focus on abuse of dominance and cartel enforcement. He also has significant experience in advising clients on EU regulations such as the Digital Markets Act.

With extensive experience across industries—including technology, financial services, chemicals, consumer goods, energy, and aeronautics—Stéphane advises on merger control matters in Europe and leads the coordination of global multi-jurisdictional merger control and FDI filings.

His practice also includes appellate advocacy before the Court of Justice of the European Union where he represented clients in connection with cartel and abuse of dominance cases.
