Stephanie, with over 15 years of experience in Singapore overseeing some of the most complicated M&A and PE-linked deals involving Asia, leads O’Melveny’s Singapore and Southeast Asia practice. She is the head of the firm’s Singapore office and a member of the global M&A and private equity practice groups.

Known for her sharp analytical skills and keen understanding of the legal and business landscape in Asia, Stephanie is a results-driven lawyer who is practical, quick, and firm for her clients’ core interests. Clients value Stephanie’s straightforward and commercial approach to deal strategy and negotiations. She advises corporates, lenders, and private equity houses on a wide range of matters including leveraged buy-outs, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and corporate restructurings. Before moving to Singapore, Stephanie worked in London and New York, where she advised leading corporations and private equity companies.
