Tai Vivatvaraphol is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Capital Markets practice group. Tai represents issuers and investment banks in a wide range of transactions, including initial public offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt issuances, SPAC transactions and other complex capital-raising transactions. She also advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, such as securities law compliance, public disclosure, and corporate governance, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Tai served as Senior Counsel at AstraZeneca, advising the global business development team in relation to acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures. She also practiced in the London and New York offices of a major international law firm.
