Cliff "Yinan" Wen is a corporate counsel in the Firm's Corporate Department. His practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/private equity sponsored investments, secured transactions and other corporate finance transactions, with particular experience in the entertainment, media and technology sectors. Cliff also frequently represents production companies, financiers and motion picture studios in development, financing and exploitation of content and other entertainment and media assets.

Prior to joining the Firm's Century City office, he worked as a legal consultant in the Firm's Shanghai Office, advising multinational corporations and investment funds in connection with foreign direct investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters in a broad spectrum of industries in the People’s Republic of China.
