Yirong Du specializes in capital markets transactions and ongoing regulatory compliance for Hong Kong-listed companies. She has significant experience advising issuers in the life sciences, medical devices, biotechnology, logistics, and technology sectors on equity offerings and related regulatory issues, with a particular focus on assisting Chinese companies access the Hong Kong capital markets.
Before joining O’Melveny, Yirong worked in the capital markets groups of other top international law firms in Shanghai and Beijing, where she advised on numerous Hong Kong IPOs, bond offerings, and post-listing compliance matters for Hong Kong–listed companies.
