Zarrin Haque is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s San Francisco office.

Zarrin’s experience includes representing healthcare, semiconductor, and technology companies in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. She also has counseled a technology company on debt matters and advised a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) on its merger agreement to take the company public.

Active in pro bono matters, Zarrin has provided advice and counsel to a non-profit start-up incubator focused on genomics technologies, as well as a non-profit microlender.
