Pro Bono
In 2023, nearly 90% of our US lawyers participated in pro bono matters, devoting more than 78,000 hours to those efforts and averaging more than 100 pro bono hours per lawyer. 
 
Social Responsibility
O’Melveny encourages our lawyers and business professionals to engage in activities that strengthen our social fabric and our communities. Whether the cause is access to education or equal justice, supporting environmental sustainability, or helping veterans, among many others, volunteerism is a shared core value across our firm.
